Project Overview: This 2 bed semi was bought off market for a young professional couple as their forever home. We changed the layout by turning an existing bedroom into 2 bathrooms, adding an extension at the rear of the property, a full size deck, open plan kitchen/living room and adding a 3rd bedroom.

Key Renovation Areas:

1. Brand new open plan custom kitchen / dining room

2. Added a 3rd bedroom/study

3. New main bathroom and en-suite

4. Full interior refresh, painting and floors throughout

5. Addition of deck and new pergola

Project spend – $250k / Timeframe – 8 months construction *

* This project required a DA submission, so the Blimey team worked alongside the architects to get the plans through council which took about 6 months before we got approval to start work.
